The James W. Gracie Jr. Free State 2-Fly is the Council's annual fundraising fishing tournament. The tournament seeks to showcase the various coldwater resources of the region and will be hosted on the Gunpowder River, outside of Baltimore, on Saturday, September 18th. Pitting two member teams from across the state, compete for bragging rights and the opportunity to bring the "Free State Trout" trophy to your chapter. Tournament limited to 8 teams
Cost per team is $100
Each team will be assigned a "beat" for the morning and afternoon sessions.
Each session will last for three hours (9 am - 12 pm) (1 pm - 4 pm)
Competitors will be provided with lunch and dinner
Winners will be determined by the cumulative inches of each team's top four fish (ex: 16.75", 18", 14", 13.25" = 62")
